Good work. Of the 13 Plates, only 4missed out 3 Plates, 6have missed 2Plates and about 10 have missed 1 plate.

That means the REST have completed! 13 plates.

In Practice, atleast there were 3/4/5 projects ( along with being a visiting faculty) per year to boast about, pin-ups of those projects in the Office-cum-home and Most important, the Bragging about what is new in the latest projects.
